The old saying "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" has come true once again, as Health & Beauty Wear Ltd. trading under the name 'OMG Tanning' - known for their occasional "amazing" deals on equipment and tanning solution combinations - have wound up their company, leaving a number of creditors unpaid.

Whilst this is no surprise to most companies in the industry (if the number of calls from customers complaining about non-delivery of their starter kits is anything to go by), no doubt there will be a lot of customers left wondering what is going on with their tanning solution supplier.

Please, be careful who you buy from. What may seem like a brilliant deal to begin with can turn out to:

  • Never get delivered.
  • Be delivered, but then the company disappears leaving you without anybody to go back to if your machine breaks.
  • Have you accustom all your clients to a particular brand and then vanish.

 

Check a company's reputation before you buy!

 

11th April 2016: Update

Following Health & Beauty Wear's rebranding of their OMG products to 'DHA Solutions,' as of April 2016, the name 'OMG Tanning' is now owned and run by Spray Tan Direct Ltd. This company is in good financial standing and has no affiliation with the directors of Health & Beauty Wear. Presumably, there will no longer be any problems with delivery or quality of products sold under this brand name.
