It’s Saturday night, and things have changed a little. When you might have been heading out for a big night with friends, now you want to settle in and enjoy a quiet one. Snacks galore

Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which is essential for skin health. And make sure to balance your favourite drink with a glass or two of ice-cold water.

Bath time

You’ll want to slide down into a relaxing bath with some Epsom salts to ease your muscles, or a soothing bubble bath. Exfoliate your skin to slough off any dead cells and keep you feeling smooth and beautiful. It also prepares you for the best part of your big night in.
